About Us

Sound Malaysia Events began in 2014 as a technical production company, specialising in sound, lighting, and visual systems.

As clients placed more trust in us, we expanded our role to manage and execute entire events from end to end across their corporate demands

Today, we support corporate functions, conferences, product launches, annual dinners, and private events, with over 200 events successfully delivered. We work closely with our clients to meet their objectives while staying within the given budget.

How Your Event Comes Together

1. Understanding your event

We align on your goals, audience, venue, budget, and overall requirements.

2. Confirm details & recce the venue

We review pax, event flow, and timing, and recce the venue. Clients are encouraged to join so expectations match the space and what’s realistically doable.

3. Confirm setup & lock things in

We send a clear quotation based on the agreed setup, budget, setup time, and crew required. Once confirmed, a deposit locks in equipment and talents.

4. Prepare and get ready for event day

We plan the technical layout and timing, check and prep equipment, and coordinate with performers and the venue.

5. Set up and run the show

On event day, we’re on site early to set up, manage sound, lights, and transitions, and stay on standby throughout the event.

6. Pack down and wrap up

After the event, we pack down and leave the venue as we found it.
